| ### Adapter Pattern | ||

| Built-in adapters split into two factories. NDJSON-style adapters (`claude-code`, `codex`) are created via `createAgentAdapter(spec)` from `src/adapters/base/agent-adapter.ts`. ACP-based adapters (`claude-sdk`, `codex-sdk`, `gemini`, `goose`, `opencode`, `qwen-code`, `stakpak`, `blackbox`, `fast-agent`, `mistral-vibe`, `factory-droid`, `poolside`, `vtcode`, `cursor-agent`, `auggie`, `kimi`, `openhands`, `cline`, `kiro-cli`, `kilo`, `qoder`) are created via `createAcpBasedAdapter(spec)` from `src/adapters/base/acp-adapter.ts`. Each adapter is a plain factory function (e.g. `createGeminiAdapter()`) that returns an `AgentAdapter` -no classes, no inheritance. The factory owns the shared plumbing: | ||

Add agy to the second NDJSON adapter list.
Line 63 lists agy as an NDJSON-style adapter. Line 74 still names only claude-code and codex as the adapters that use lines mode. Line 91 lists only those two adapters for "stdin", but agy also uses promptVia: "stdin". Update both lines so the document is consistent.

[blocking] This file never gets read when agy is also the judge, which is the default without judging configured. callJudge in src/scoring/judge.ts passes a fresh homeDirectory but no env, so agy spawns with the operator's real HOME.
On a machine that hasn't set up agy itself (CI with only GEMINI_API_KEY), the judge hits the sign-in path from the comment above and every score gets withheld. It also runs without AGY_CLI_DISABLE_AUTO_UPDATE. The comparison in the description used an Opus judge, so it wouldn't have come up there.

[blocking] This prices against the real clock, so it starts failing on 2027-01-01 when the Flash rates flip. Same thing at agy-e2e.test.ts:140.

[consider] Did you check the per-step sum against result.usage on a real run? The fixtures are all hand-built, so nothing here would catch one model call's usage showing up on more than one step and getting counted twice.

[consider] Has this been tried with a remote MCP server against real agy? Nothing confirms agy reads url for these, and the tests only check what we write.

[nit] A model, output-format, or print-timeout entry in flags lands in argv alongside the fixed one above, so agy gets both.

[nit] Two branches here have no test: a non-SUCCESS result without an error, and no result with no AGY_ERROR: line.
