Summary

This change adds one shared, payload-free disposition event for each evaluated tool batch candidate.

The event reports these fields:

  • Decision
  • Period
  • Repetitions
  • HistoryCount
  • IterationCount
  • BatchSize
  • Dispatched

The event applies to parent and child actors. Execute means entry into the execution pipeline. It does not prove successful tool execution. Correct and Stop never dispatch. Approval redrive emits no second candidate event.

The exact cycle guard and the 60 and 30 iteration caps stay unchanged. The events are process-level diagnostics, not per-session correlation entries. The operations skill version also changed.

Verification

  • Actor suite: 3,998 passed and 6 platform skips.
  • Build passed.
  • Slopwatch passed.
  • Header verification passed.
  • Diff check passed.
  • Paired five-case synthetic eval: 4/5 on both candidate and dev, with the same provider-related marker on one miss.
  • Independent local adversarial review found no blocker.
