Problem
Eleven completed OpenSpec changes remained in the active change list.
This PR archives those changes and updates the canonical specifications.
Changes
This PR archives:
memory-relevance-gatemake-agent-tools-pit-of-successrepair-agent-tool-boundariescomplete-tool-remediationprevent-native-tool-shell-mistakesmcp-tool-outcome-receiptsdeterministic-native-smoke-tui-recoverycorrelate-tool-authorization-attemptscomplete-shell-correction-cutovershare-checked-shell-startsecure-host-pairing-proofThe archive date is
2026-09-12.The archive process synced seven delta sets into the main specifications.
Four changes already had their canonical requirements in the main specifications.
The process preserved those requirements and skipped duplicate sync operations.
The PR also records the maintainer decision that code with live LLM exposure does not require a later eval run or binary swap check.
It closes only those evidence tasks.
Unrelated implementation, migration, audit, and dependency tasks remain open.
