- Updated the workspace configuration in Cargo.toml to include the new "apps/recorder" member. - Set release profile optimization level to 2 for faster and smaller WebAssembly builds. - Applied optimization settings for all dependencies in debug builds. - Removed redundant profile settings from the recorder app's Cargo.toml.
