• Use the viewer's mouse bindings over the page slider, page label, and surrounding frame so wheel navigation follows the image area's direction, page steps, and reassigned actions.
• Share wheel-action lookup using the event's own modifiers and buttons. Ignore zero vertical deltas and preserve explicit zoom bindings, including during a held loupe gesture.
• Keep enlarged-image panning local to the image area while the page bar continues to turn pages. Continue held loupe gestures across the bar, consume image and page boundaries without falling through, and preserve the slider's keys, clicks, and drags.
• Add regressions for folders and ZIP archives, remapped bindings, image panning, loupe continuation, zoom priority, queued modifiers, disabled and unassigned inputs, page boundaries, spreads, split wide images, and slider controls. Document the Windows input checks in developer/Testing.md.
• Checked scripts\verify-windows.cmd debug on Windows: exit code 0, 630 cases across all 10 suites, no failures or skips, and no compiler warnings. The full C++ formatting check also passed for all 191 files.
• The remaining nine QWARN messages are intentional: four SVG fallback diagnostics and five broken-AVIF rejection diagnostics. Interactive Windows wheel-device, native capture, and fullscreen checks are still unverified.
