I believe mozilla/ssdlc-actions should now be used instead of zizmor. See https://github.com/mozilla/bigquery-etl/pull/9637/changes

OIDC things for GAR and cloud function pushing were done in https://github.com/mozilla/dataservices-infra/pull/2116 and verified working in https://github.com/mozilla/probe-scraper/actions/runs/28396507811/job/84137033785.
No big changes compared to circleci. The cloud function publishing is done via OIDC instead of a json key. A package.json was created for the packages used by the docs build to satisfy zizmor
