Set the subscription display name to Performance Engineering Azure DevTest Subscription and its alias to performance-engineering-azure-devtest-subscription. The new alias points to the existing subscription aad679e2-a117-47c8-9deb-d0fd494032d9. Terraform state now references this alias. Format and diff checks passed.
