The survey tab is not focused after the add-on is removed

Affected Platforms:

• Windows 10 x64.
• All Mac.

Firefox versions:

• Firefox Release 72.0.1.

Prerequisites:

• The Secure Proxy is installed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to about:addons and remove the Secure Proxy add-on.

Expected result:

The survey is opened in a new tab, the tab is focused.

Actual result:

The survey is opened in a new tab but that tab is not focused.
