The gateway's /v1/usage user_id filter became repeatable (user_id=a&user_id=b, max 50), so the regenerated core takes a list. The ergonomic alias keeps its single-user public signature and wraps; multi-user filtering stays reachable through the generated client.

Automated regeneration of the generated typed client core (all
endpoints) from the Otari OpenAPI spec. The hand-written shell
(streaming, error mapping, ergonomic methods) is unaffected.
