Adds a Blue theme to auctions.pit.world, chosen from a Theme switch in the footer. The current cream/green look stays the default as Warm.

  • Every hardcoded color in the auctions CSS is now a token; :root,[data-theme=warm] (original values, unchanged) and [data-theme=blue] define them.
  • GET /theme/:name?back=/path sets an aa_theme cookie (1 year, Lax, Secure) and redirects to a same-site path only; no login needed. The page renders data-theme server side, so no JS and no flash.
  • theme-color meta follows the theme; footer wraps the switch on phones.

Tests: bun test test/auctions.test.ts 4 pass (covers default, switch, cookie, open-redirect guard). Both themes checked by screenshot at 1280px and 390px.

auctions.pit.world now defaults to a blue palette. The original cream and
green look is kept as the "warm" theme, picked from a footer switch that sets
an aa_theme cookie server side (no JS, no flash). All colors moved to CSS
tokens so both themes share one stylesheet.
