Summary

• Move all six live voice agent role/persona prompts into tracked Markdown files and load them from src/agents.ts.
• Keep public LogicSRC OpenAgent/OpenProfile identity separate from private runtime instructions; LogicSRC does not currently define an OpenPersona format.
• Make direct questions require a spoken response, route specialist questions by role, and designate RiotCoder for general room questions.
• Add regression tests for all six persona loads, answer routing, and unique voice mappings.
