Agent join tokens begin with star, which also starts in-call phone dialing. Use the new shared-library delay so fast *token# identity is consumed silently, while a caller who pauses still hears the call-in instructions. The regression test verifies agent naming without speaking the prompt. Verified with frozen install, typecheck, 89 app tests, 10 agent-phone tests, and install script syntax.
