I trying to access the page https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/fa-player-extension+just-expressions, but it just always redirecting then finally try to block me
Steps to reproduce
just access that page https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/fa-player-extension+just-expressions
Expected behavior
it should be a resourcepack page

I'm also experiencing this issue with my own plugin.
I believe that it is due to the use of characters in the name (such as the + in both your and my cases).
I am able to visit other plugin's pages that do not have characters like +s.

Seems to be fixed. I think they made a change that changes
+intoplusin links
