Three one-off deviations from the standard: db-retry version, compose2pod Homepage, eof-fixer self-lint

Why

Three findings that fit no batch:

db-retry: pyproject.toml carries a real version. The standard, section 2: version = "0", the tag sets the real one through uv version $GITHUB_REF_NAME in just publish.
compose2pod: [project.urls] lacks Homepage. Section 11: Homepage is the docs site, or https://modern-python.org if none.
eof-fixer: does not run eof-fixer on itself. eof-fixer is missing from its lint dependency group and from the lint / lint-ci recipes (section 1 and 2). It can depend on its own published package, or run uv run python -m eof_fixer; either is fine as long as the recipe names match the contract.

Each repo's pyproject.toml / justfile matches the cited section.

Done. All three repos now match the cited sections:

db-retry: version = "0" — chore(pyproject): keep version = "0"; the tag sets the real one at publish db-retry#44
compose2pod: Homepage in [project.urls] — chore(pyproject): add the Homepage URL to [project.urls] compose2pod#96
eof-fixer: eof-fixer in the lint group and in the lint / lint-ci recipes — chore(lint): run eof-fixer on itself eof-fixer#41. The self-lint failed only on tests/fixtures/, unreferenced malformed files from the initial commit, which are deleted rather than excluded.

Found along the way: compose2pod's keywords did not mirror its topics (section 11). Fixed in modern-python/compose2pod#97.
