Implement SDK support for SEP-2577: Deprecate Roots, Sampling, and Logging.

Summary

SEP-2577 proposes deprecating three core protocol features: Roots, Sampling, and Logging. The features remain fully functional but deprecation is advisory, signaling the ecosystem to plan for eventual removal.

SDK Impact

• Mark Roots, Sampling, and Logging APIs as deprecated (e.g. [Obsolete] attributes)
• Ensure deprecated features continue to function correctly
• Update documentation to reflect deprecation status
• Plan for eventual removal in a future major version
