The supervisor reports a quant's fit as too_big while the picker keyed its glyph table on "too big", so oversized quants rendered "undefined too_big" and were never disabled. The top level of the picker is one Models list; each row's tag (Loaded, N on disk, Download) already says whether it is installed.

Two model-picker fixes, both in the UI fork (commit fc655436), with the bundled binary rebuilt.
