"Create pull request" button sometimes requires a restart to function

Sometimes the "create pull request" button stops working in the "Source Control" panel, and I have to restart VS Code for it to work again. I don't remember exactly when this behaviour started, but It's been a couple of versions, and I don't know exactly how I can reproduce it (This time happened for my first pull request in the session)

Thanks! I think microsoft/vscode-pull-request-github#8898 should address this issue. I just created a new pre-release version of the extension. Would you be able to try this out and see if the issue is resolved?
