In the efforts to share knowledge and provide a place where everyone can be on the same page, we should have instructions.md explaining about various activations.

I think diagrams for complicated scenarios will be super-useful for people as well.

I can talk about the activation journey: from pre-terminal env var experiment --> terminal env var experiment --> shell startup activation ---> migrating this into core, would help people better understand all the efforts went in.
Things like Poetry changing its behavior around venv may be worth mentioning too.
