2. Open native repl
3. Choose one folder
4. Close repl and open a new one

I don't see the quick pick again

Once I make the original pick, it seems to always default to it from then on

🤖 Thanks for the report. This was fixed in 3275c34 and shipped in 2025.6.0. Closing the native REPL now clears the cached session, so opening a new one in a multi-root workspace runs the working-directory selector again. The fix shipped in v2025.6.0.
