Description
If I delete and recreate a virtual environment from scratch, I get an error toast saying that the packages in the environment can't be refreshed. But since I deleted the environment that's not an error since there's no environment left. 😉
This happened to me multipled times when I ran make clean-venv from Python's pep repo before running make venv (which is what the instructions from the Makefile say to do).
