Always prompting to sign in again, in my case it seems related to SAML for a specific organization, but even after approving the interactive sign via browser, it'll ask again later.

Same here. This is happening since the last update, version 1.139.0

Super annoying. After starting VS Code I need to login to "GitHub Pull Requests" and also I get the "sign in to use GitHub Copilot" where I need to choose "Continue with GHE.com". But after doing that succesfully, the dialog still stays open. I have to do it for both these dialogs... so 2 times every time I start VS Code.
