Closing without merging: this work has moved to #1048. This PR targeted the old fix/workflow-token-permissions branch and contains no changed files. The replacement starts directly from current main, targets main, and includes only the API Extractor contents: read permission fix. Local build and YAML behavior/scope assertions passed; the replacement remains a draft for CI and review. |
