Why
Adds unit coverage including caller-owned checked state and change/press callback order, plus a non-input native Storybook check. The component implementation is unchanged.
Testing
Keyboard, pointer, and wheel input were disabled for that native run. Existing input-dependent skips are not counted as passes. Native macOS and Windows Fabric results remain for CI.
These are local results from the unchanged, tested coverage commit. CI against current main is still required; no all-platform or overall readiness claim is made. The Windows tooling repair landed separately in #4400 and is not included in this PR.
