[P1] Carry the esbuild package extension forward to Storybook 10.7

.yarnrc.yml injects esbuild: "0.28.1" only for @storybook/react-native@10.5.4. After this bump that extension no longer matches, while the 10.7.0 dependency still loads esbuild-register, whose required esbuild peer is no longer provided in this package context under the pnpm linker. This is not just a theoretical peer warning: the current JS PR fails sourceConfig.test.ts (loads the source config through the CommonJS prebuild fallback without emitted JavaScript) with Cannot find module 'esbuild', through esbuild-register/dist/node.js and @storybook/react-native/dist/index.js. Please update the extension/dependency declaration for the upgraded version and regenerate the lockfile, then rerun that existing regression test.
