Updated to match the MS learn page. The old URL no longer works.

Pull Request Overview
Updates the remote URL for demo data files to match the MS Learn page, replacing a non-functional blob storage URL with the correct web core URL.
- Updated remote URL from blob.core.windows.net to z13.web.core.windows.net domain
- Changed path from /public/ to /data/ directory structure
