.NET: [Bug]: RAG Step02 sample fails with 404 on the documentation pages #9647

Observed Behavior

AgentWithRAG_Step02_CustomVectorStoreRAG downloads two pages from the main branch of MicrosoftDocs/semantic-kernel-docs:

• agent-framework/overview/index.md
• agent-framework/migration-guide/from-semantic-kernel/index.md

Since October 23 both URLs return 404. The sample stops at the first download, before it indexes anything.

Expected Behavior

The sample downloads the two pages, indexes them in Qdrant and answers the four questions.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start Qdrant: docker run -d -p 6333:6333 -p 6334:6334 qdrant/qdrant.
2. Set FOUNDRY_PROJECT_ENDPOINT.
3. Run dotnet run in dotnet/samples/02-agents/AgentWithRAG/AgentWithRAG_Step02_CustomVectorStoreRAG.

The pages were removed from main of MicrosoftDocs/semantic-kernel-docs on October 23 (merge aa7f33f). They are still available at commit caf5bacd, the last commit of main before the removal.
