Evidence used: pinned .NET source at 0c9944cc9f577d51277ac7c55dbc388b60a577af for AgentModeProvider.cs and AgentModeProviderOptions.cs; Go commits 0c561b1 and e16f7e7; duplicate searches/readbacks found closed implementation tracking in #1097/#1111 and #1161 but no open mapping PR for these leaves.

Blocker: I did not complete the required per-leaf source/target/status/note inspection for every assessed leaf. Only focused recent-change candidates and related rows were source-inspected; the remaining assessed leaves (839 total before local additions, 842 after local additions) and the full eligible unreviewed queue (1178 remaining after local additions) were not exhaustively source-inspected in this run.
