Updates docs/PROTOCOL-RMI.md:

  • Error codes: the exact meaning of each code, e.g. 13 is also returned when a command isn't allowed on that subunit, 30 also for an invalid command argument (and the step size isn't checked on a set), 40 means the reply doesn't fit and 41 that the request is too short.
  • LAN C (node 0x30): the name (property 0x14) is writable.
  • ERROR unit: the commands are sent to subunit 0x01 (e.g. 80 03 01), new command 0x81 error to reset one error, and the node sends its alarm again after a reset.

Documentation only.

Give the exact meaning of each RMI error code, mark the name of the LAN C
as writable, and document ERROR command 0x81 (reset one error) and that
the ERROR commands are sent to subunit 1.
