Update M5120CSC P200 TX FIR and custom SerDes settings, physical lane mappings, and polarity settings. Regenerate the platform mapping files from the updated configuration.
Test Plan
Built and ran fboss-platform-mapping-gen for m5120csc in the build container. Verified the regenerated files match the intended configuration and the raw platform mapping contains 64 ports.
