Use explicit .name attribute to ensure consistent enum string formatting across Python 3.10 and Python 3.11+ In Python 3.11+, str(str_enum) returns the qualified name, but in Python 3.10 it returns just the value. Using .name ensures we always get 'ArgType.IntOpt' format as expected by tests.
