### Added

- A chunked pr-review-main diff writes `manifest.txt` in the review's data directory, every file of the whole diff one line each with its chunk, its status (added, modified, deleted, or renamed with its old and new path) and its path, up to what one Read returns whole with the rest counted. Each chunk's prompt names that file for the reviewer to read as untrusted data, so the paths the pull request's author chose never enter the prompt, and asks for a finding naming both paths when a change references a file another chunk holds, so a dependency across chunks reaches the summed verdict. A one-chunk prompt is unchanged, byte for byte. The `pr-review-main chunks` notice adds `manifest_paths=<n>`, the files the manifest names (0 for one chunk).

usage: split-diff.py <patch> <out-dir> <max-bytes> <max-chunks>
usage: split-diff.py <patch> <out-dir> <max-bytes> <max-chunks> <manifest> <manifest-bytes>

Writes <out-dir>/chunk-<k>.patch, k from 1, each at most max-bytes, the
patch's bytes in order and nothing else. A chunk ends at a file boundary (a
`diff --git` line), and a file is never split: a file over max-bytes, or a
patch that needs more than max-chunks chunks, is too large: nothing is
written and the exit status is 3. An empty patch writes no chunk.

With more than one chunk it also writes <manifest>, each file of the patch
in order as `chunk <k> <status> <path>`, status added, deleted, renamed (the
path `old -> new`) or modified, so each chunk's reviewer sees what the other
chunks hold. Each path is git's own, quoted as git quotes it, so a path never
breaks a line. Files past manifest-bytes are counted, not listed; the whole manifest, that
count's line included, stays within manifest-bytes.
