test(planning): route a person-deferred interview item to questionnaire in assumption-sweep and re-pin the digests #9793
Description
Parent: #7269 (edits owed per the 2026-10-11T23:42 comment, then attended-only; that gate is removed). Blocked by #7425, because both re-pin digests in plugins/planning/tests/interview-defenses.test.sh.
Change
plugins/planning/skills/interview/context/assumption-sweep.md: after "### Deferred questionswith its arbiter tag." add "A deferredpersonitem is also named in the Step 5 recommendation of/planning:questionnaire, which sends it to that person."plugins/planning/skills/interview/evals/evals.json: append rubric case 30person-deferred-routes-to-questionnaire(a DBA owns the retention window; the question is deferred to her and routed to questionnaire, with no row resolved on her behalf).- Re-pin both in the defenses test, with a "Case 30 ... agrees with cases 15 and 16" justification comment next to the case-27 comment. The digests in the 2026-10-11 comment were computed then; recompute them against the files as they stand.
