Parent: #7052 (owner decision 2026-10-13: one PR per plugin).
Problem
A copy check during #7009 flagged text in this plugin that shares word runs or one-to-one structure with an upstream source. The repository's rule is our own words, with credit only on docs/upstream/ pages. Line numbers from the filing are stale; locate the passage by the finding.
Confirm each finding with fingerprint.mjs compare first. If it does not fire, record that in the PR and change nothing. If it fires, rewrite the passage in a new structure with this repository's own examples, keeping every directive and eval expectation. Make sure the upstream source has a credit row on docs/upstream/mattpocock-skills.md.
Done when
gh api -H 'Accept: application/vnd.github.raw' 'repos/mattpocock/skills/contents/skills/engineering/prototype/UI.md?ref=24fe0ef' > /tmp/upstream-prototype-0.md then node plugins/attribution/skills/audit/scripts/fingerprint.mjs compare --local plugins/prototype/skills/explore-directions/evals/evals.json --source /tmp/upstream-prototype-0.md | jq .separation.fired prints false.
The PR body lists each passage with its before and after longest_span_words and containment.
Proposed work class: work-class: scoped
Basis: automated intake triage; the lanes App applied this class.
Size: Small
Complexity: Low
Uncertainty: Known
Flags: none
Understood: one eval file (plugins/prototype/skills/explore-directions/evals/evals.json) was flagged for sharing a 12-word run and the same /settings example with an upstream prototype UI page. The fix is to confirm the finding with the fingerprint compare. If it fires, reword the passage in this repository's own words and keep every eval expectation. The final step is to check that the upstream credit row exists. Nothing is missing. No likely duplicates found; this is the per-plugin child of #7052.
The work-resolve-issue run that agent-ready started ended over 3 hours ago with no report and no pull request. work-unblock removed and added agent-ready back to start a fresh run on main's workflow files. It does this once per version of those files, so if this run fails the same way, a person looks at it.
The work-resolve-issue lane stopped partway through this issue and needs a person.
Why, in the run's own words:
The issue says to confirm the finding with fingerprint.mjs compare before changing anything. This run cannot do that. The upstream file (mattpocock/skills24fe0efskills/engineering/prototype/UI.md) is on a host the lane does not allow, and Bash here runs only the named wrappers, so neither gh api nor node fingerprint.mjs can run. The issue gives only 'a 12-word run; same /settings example', not the matching words. A rewrite without the comparison would be a guess, and the 'done when' check could not be shown. No files were changed.
What the run says it did not do:
Fetch upstream UI.md at 24fe0ef and run fingerprint.mjs compare against plugins/prototype/skills/explore-directions/evals/evals.json: the upstream host is not allowed and node/gh cannot be run in this lane.
Rewrite of the shared passage, if the compare fires, plus the before/after longest_span_words and containment for the PR body.
Confirm docs/upstream/mattpocock-skills.md has a credit row for skills/engineering/prototype/UI.md. The page has a prototype row pinned at d81f3a1, not 24fe0ef, and was not checked against UI.md.
