fix(planning): show live and archived question counts beside interview question ids #7758
The user can tell question ids from the number of questions. Ids run on one session counter, so a session that superseded questions three times reached Q128 with 49 live questions, and the user read it as "128 questions". The page shows live and archived counts as visible text beside the ids; today the archived count is only in the meter's hover title.
Owner decision recorded on #5893 (2026-10-12): "Item 2: how should the page separate question ids from progress?" → Show live and archived counts beside the ids.
Key interfaces
Interview page header meter (meterText, whose title holds the archived count) or the Rounds view.
Done when
The header or Rounds view shows live and archived counts as visible text, not only in a tooltip (UI test with archived questions).
The work-resolve-issue lane stopped partway through this issue and needs a person.
Why, in the run's own words:
The run reported done but left a required check undone, so it is not finished.
What the run says it did not do:
The planning surface test suite did not pass in this run: surface.test.sh exited 1 at line 260 in the browser journey section. I did not confirm that this fails the same way without my change, and the new ui_a check was not seen to pass. The PR's CI must run it.
No separate fresh-context review subagent was run on the diff (about 5 changed lines); the review step is recorded as skipped.
Partial work is on the branch work-resolve-issue/issue-7758-39100499831-1.
