Decide rows render inline markdown the way the recommendation card does, so "(a) Ship never as the default" shows code instead of literal backticks (22 live questions in the audited session). Repo file paths in recommendations, commitments and alternatives link to the file at the pinned commit the source-link item introduces, instead of showing as plain text (about 60 in that session). Bare issue numbers in question text and Notes link; recheck first, since the page's inline renderer already links some.

Why it was slow: Not yet run, and blocked by #7752, which is open. Only the repo-path links need #7752's pinned-commit source link. The Decide-row markdown and the issue-number recheck use the existing inline() renderer and can ship now. Splitting also keeps each child to one render and one UI check in the 185 KB index.html, against the 390 s surface suite.
The owner approved this split in an attended backlog-shaping session on 2026-10-18.
