fix(planning): collapse archived cards in the interview page's Groups rail #7750
In the default Groups rail, archived questions no longer sit between live ones: each group lists its live cards, then one row counting the group's archived cards that expands them. An archived question's banner shows one line naming its own replacement when it was superseded, instead of the batch sentence shared by every archived card. Today 52 archived cards (grey only, same size as live) interleave with 35 live ones.
Owner decisions recorded on #5795 (2026-10-12): "Archived cards in the default Groups rail: collapse them or move them last in each group?" → Collapse archived cards behind a per-group count row.
Key interfaces
Interview page rail render (Groups view, qbtn.archived cards) and the detail view's archived banner (renders the session's archived.why today).
A question's supersededBy field names its replacement.
Done when
In Groups view, each group shows its live cards and one collapsed "N archived" row that expands to the archived cards (UI test at 1440x900).
An archived, superseded question's banner names its replacement in one line (UI test).
This issue's earlier lane run used the whole run budget. It is split into 2 pieces, each a single change to the interview page with one UI check, so each fits the lane's run time:
Why it was slow: Run 39096978713 hit the 50-minute timeout in the agent step, made no commits and wrote no outcome. The log hides the session. The issue pairs two separate renders in the 185 KB index.html: the Groups rail, which needs a new per-group collapsed row with its own stored state, and the archived banner. Each needs its own UI check against the 390 s surface suite. Split one render per child.
The owner approved this split in an attended backlog-shaping session on 2026-10-18.

Ratified in the owner's batch of decomposed children (2026-10-17).

The work-resolve-issue lane stopped partway through this issue and needs a person.
Why, in the run's own words:
