   Understood: this is part 4 of 4 of #9546. It covers eval grader follow-ups in the debugging plugin's analyze-profile-reads-thread-dump case. The work is to test changed graders against JSON-serialized tool input and add samples. It also replaces names-a-second-dump with judge criteria, and adds a no-file-edited grader and an aligned names-the-cycle reason. The scope is clear and every done-when item can be checked in a run. The title mentions app-control, but the items only touch the debugging eval. No duplicates found.
