   Understood: this is part 1 of 2 of #7579, adding a dossier/ branch prefix to the source-control convention and to /work-items:work. The issue body is cut off mid-sentence at "the dossier/ prefix (0", so the full done-when item is missing. That leaves the intended wording, and what the "(0" refers to, unclear. Please restore the complete done-when text from #7579. I found no likely duplicates other than the parent #7579.
