   Understood: this is a bounded trial (W5 of #6917). Temporarily install html-plan at user scope, use it beside /planning:plan on a real planning pass, and comment on #6924 with the decisions the visual review changed (or none) and the html-plan commit used. Then remove the install.

   Both done-when items need a person on a machine with a real planning pass, so an unattended run can't do them. Nothing is missing from the issue. I found no likely duplicates among the open issues.
