将 Apple 账号、App Store 发布与名称、Developer ID 签名及公证任务指向 apple-developer 仓库的项目级知识入口，使移除全局 Apple skills 后仍能按需查阅。App 自身的构建和发布流程继续遵循本仓库规则。
本次只修改 AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md 指令入口，未改应用代码。已人工核对完整差异；按全局机器约束未运行本地测试，CI 由 GitHub Actions 执行（仓库有配置时）。
