Update pi-BEM to deal.II 9.8.0 and replace the removed Trilinos
reinit(source, false, true)calls with assignment into initialized ghost layouts. This preserves the required import of both owned and ghost values for constrained operators and gradient recovery.Local Docker commands use
dealii/dealii:v9.8.0-resolute-r1-arm64, built from the frozen recipes in dealii/docker-files#90. Since that tag is not yet published in Docker Hub, hosted CI builds an Ubuntu 26.04 environment with the exact deal.II 9.8.0 backports package. The formatting job retains clang-format 16.0.6 independently of the deal.II version. CI requires both Debug and Release executables before running the complete suite.Validation with the local ARM64 image:
-Werrorand no compiler warnings. The hosted-CI Dockerfile was also built and tested independently on ARM64: warning-free Debug/Release compilation and all 24 tests passed (26 CTest entries). CI uses mold to avoid the very slow default linking of the large Debug libraries; the complete relink/run/compare suite passed again with mold. The Docker helper now uses the documented /workspace mount and successfully reuses build-docker. Hosted AMD64 CI passed all 24 tests (26 CTest entries) and formatting on the final commit 7b10b1a.
