[Bug]: Subfolders doesn't store defaultLanguage

Describe the bug

Changing the default language of a subfolder does nothing

To reproduce

1. Create a new folder
2. Create a new folder inside previous folder
3. Change the default language of the subfolder to something (for example: Python).
4. Add a new snippet inside the subfolder
5. The new snippet's language is still 'Plain Text'

Expected behavior: The default language of the new snippet must be as configured before (Python in this case)

Maybe because THERE IS A DEFAULT LANGUAGE SELECTION!! Even the folders can contain snippets from various languages but still they can have a default language. If the option is not going to change anything, why is it there?!

@EriOldMan While you've highlighted a valid inconsistency in the UI settings, there is no need for such an aggressive tone. This is an open-source project, and we value helpful feedback, not shouting. I will reopen the issue to investigate the logic of the default language for subfolders, but please refrain from this kind of communication in the future
