This PR removes Amazon Linux 2 (AL2) as a supported OS option from the MarkLogic cluster CloudFormation templates for the 11.3.7 release line, ensuring only AmazonLinux2023 (x86_64) and AmazonLinux2023-Graviton remain selectable and resolvable to AMIs.
