…nt style Match the governance panel to the rest of the app's visual language. - Ethereum/LightChain toggle is now a rounded-full pill matching the Mainnet/Testnet network toggle: active tab uses bg-gradient-primary with the brand glow, and each tab carries its chain logo (eth.svg / lcai.png). - Primary action buttons (Delegate to self, Connect, Connect wallet to vote) use the same purple->magenta gradient with the brand shadow and hover brightness, instead of the flat bg-primary. - Load-more gets a subtle brand border on hover. Vote For/Against/Abstain keep their semantic colours (they encode meaning), just cohesive styling.
