Recommendation follow-up from change verification: thread a verbose flag through EvaluateParamsMatch so unavailable-context failures log at warning level (RS.EXT.29) instead of always being debug-only, realign design decision comment references that drifted from design.md, and add black-box integration tests for the management stream envelope flow (filters, event/ push/consumer/schedule envelopes, non-upgrade 405), the connect/receive built-ins, and the legacy x-send-events mapping shim.
Apply the async-management-api-extensions deltas into the management-api, event-driver, extensions and asyncapi-management main specs (added/modified/ removed requirements). Resolves a scenario-code collision by renumbering the new "Non-event match on an async target" to RS.MAPI.35 and re-attributing the baseline RS.MAPI.34 to the test that actually covers it. Moves the completed change into openspec/changes/archive/2026-09-06-async-management-api-extensions/.
