Update DB and SQLite3 dependencies - #34
Merged

Conversation
With crystal-db 0.15 out, crystal-sqlite3 0.24 requires it. Locking Drift to older versions made it hard to use Drift in newer scenarios where db and sqlite3 dependencies are up-to-date. crystal-db only introduced breaking changes for driver authors, so they do not impact Drift itself.

crystal-db 0.15 is out, and crystal-sqlite3 0.24 requires it. Drift
pinned the older versions, which made it hard to use in projects that
already moved to the new ones.
The breaking changes in crystal-db only affect driver authors, so
Drift keeps working as before.
