feat(cli): add styled launcher and intent-based license guidance

Changes

• Add a default launcher, optional Gum styling, replacing question views, and plain fallback.
• Shorten common licensing routes; separate asset type, rights, existing grants, font obligations, and copyleft intent.
• Add a compact compatibility overview with scrollable full conditions and pairwise checks.
• Refresh usage, contribution, graph, and verification documentation.

Verification

• Native ReleaseSafe build, 30 tests, Zig formatting, installer shell syntax.
• Linux and Windows cross-builds.
• Real Gum 2.0.2 PTYs: Back/Restart, font rejection, all three overview outcomes, 80x24 summary, six-license long pager Down/G/q, and clean exits.
• All 23 recommendations exercised through the actual plain CLI; redirected output ANSI-free.

Integration

Source changes are isolated on this feature branch. The local configured executable has been refreshed for Lucas; main source has not been merged.
