Private Lark images and image/text posts now carry the exact verified message resources through the existing Core request, durable Session queue and Codex input. The receiving App downloads its own resources; replay retains the same input and Turn. Unsupported files/audio/video, download failures and images addressed to attached Agents or control commands receive an explicit non-execution notice. The settings help now describes this supported path and its limits.
The existing typed conversation owner, image normalization and delivery journal remain the authorities; no extra model runner, conversation authority or worker is introduced. This head incorporates #5559 and its updated private-Bot predecessors, including merged #5540’s unified workspace scope, default scoped writes and committed-commission recovery. Integration preserves branch history and the base-relative image diff.
Validation: 67 combined image/steward/feedback/compatibility/transport/architecture Python tests and 15 typed binding/scope tests passed. Core type checks and the packaged Chat build passed. Registry IO census: 281 sites, zero unclassified; the semantic smoke passes after regeneration. A separate earlier real two-App web canary verified image/text interpretation and result return in the original Sessions; that frozen running service was not replaced by this integration.
Risk-selected premerge ran five direct and sixteen selected checks. Its stale census failure is fixed and rechecked. Maintainability still fails: the listener’s 56 Any annotations versus ceiling 49 reproduce unchanged on main; this integration does not add that debt. The existing proposed runtime line ceiling remains in the diff; no threshold was raised to hide the failure. Goal-linked verification is also not certified while this source cannot read the installed newer goal-storage schema. Current-head CI, maintainer review and installed promotion remain pending. Live Operations Agent delegation and independent host-browser reading remain separate acceptance gaps.
