Goal instance binding inventory 的 first-party host producer 仍指向
codex_cli.py::codex_cli_session_binding。该模块已经从codex_sessions.py重新导出函数，架构检查要求锚点对应实际定义，所以 main 的 inventory 检查失败。本改动将该引用更新到定义 owner。The first-party host producer anchor points at a re-export in
