Goal And Delivered Outcome

Maintainer-requested refresh of the bilingual ecosystem inventory. Newly observed relationships were missing, and a literal mention or a related fork could be mistaken for an independent runtime adopter.

This change adds five scoped entries: MilkSU and ai-skills proposals; General Loop comparative reference; GitHub-Michelin editorial coverage; one michaelx1993/foolzzz derivative family. It preserves the existing integration entries and opening, and does not increase a runtime-adopter count. The historical codex-demo source is currently unavailable and was not promoted.

Intended base: main. Complete within this documentation scope; merge remains pending maintainer review.
